In Part 1 of this post, I introduced you to Miik Inc., a Canadian clothing company that features exceptionally comfortable, classic and on-trend styles made from sustainably sourced fibres and ethically manufactured. I am a Miik Inc. affiliate and receive a small commission when someone makes a purchase through the links I provide in this blog and elsewhere.
In 2025, I participated in my second Miik 10 x 10 challenge, where I created 10 outfits using 10 pieces (not necessarily Miik) from my wardrobe. Since my first challenge in 2024, I have added more Miik pieces to my wardrobe including two favourites showcased in this capsule wardrobe collection: the poppy red Emily blazer and the poppy red cropped Wesley cardigan.
This year's collection is also based on navy as a neutral, with red as a pop colour. The palette is similar to what I used last year with the surprise addition of a leopard print T-shirt (my own). The only common piece from last year’s challenge is the Shandra navy striped tank.
Here’s a photo of the 10 pieces I used this year.

My 10 pieces included a red blazer, red cropped ¾ sleeve cardigan, navy pintuck ankle pants, navy pencil skirt, navy striped tank, and white and navy striped ¾ sleeve T-shirt, all from Miik Inc., along with my own white jeans, leopard print short sleeved T-shirt, zip-up navy cardigan, and navy and white blouse. Below are the 10 outfits I created plus 2 bonus outfits to show that there are more combinations still to explore. If you click on the name of the Miik items, it takes you right to the item on the website.
#1 - Emily soft blazer in poppy red with my own white jeans and navy and white short sleeved blouse. I accessorized with a red belt and red pumps.

#2 - Here I swapped the blouse for my leopard print T-shirt for a completely different look! (And yes, leopard print goes with my poppy red Emily soft blazer because animal prints are a neutral!)

#3 - This look introduces my navy Christal pull-on pintuck ankle dress pants which I paired with my own leopard print T-shirt, navy zip-up cardigan, rose gold pendant, black belt, and black pumps. (Yes, a leopard print can be worn with navy!)

#4 - I swapped the T-shirt for a Shandra reversible neckline tank in navy stripe and swapped in a red belt and red pumps to accessorize the accompanying Christal pintuck ankle dress pants and zip-up front cardigan.

#5 - All Miik pieces in this outfit! Shandra reversible neckline tank in navy stripe, navy Jilly pencil skirt, and topped with my favourite poppy red Emily soft blazer! Black belt, navy tights, and black pumps accessorize it perfectly. Yes, you can wear black and navy together!

#6 - Navy Jilly pencil skirt paired with my navy and white blouse and topped with a navy zip-up cardigan. Black belt, navy tights, and black pumps.

#7 - Another all-Miik outfit! This time I added in the white with navy stripe Mahala boatneck ¾ sleeve T-shirt to my navy Christal pintuck ankle length pants and topped with my poppy red Emily blazer. I then added a red belt and red pumps. One of my favourite looks in this challenge!

#8 - In this outfit I paired the Mahala boatneck ¾ sleeve T-shirt with the navy Jilly pencil skirt and topped it with the navy zip-up cardigan and a red scarf, navy tights, and black pumps.

#9 - This is the poppy red cropped Wesley cardigan topping the Shandra navy striped tank top and the navy Christal pintuck ankle pants with red belt and red pumps.

#10 - Saving the best for last! This is my favourite outfit from this 10 x 10 challenge. My own leopard print T-shirt under my poppy red Emily blazer paired with my navy Jilly pencil skirt and accessorized with navy tights, black pumps, red belt, and a long black necklace.

Here are the two “bonus” outfits.

There are many more combinations I could have done with this awesome set of 10 pieces that mix and match perfectly!
